Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot reroute after an order has been shipped from our warehouse. MadLY will not be responsible for errors in delivery when the shipping address indicated in the order is not correct or have wrong data or omitted data necessary for its location.

 Please note, that items lost or damaged after leaving our warehouse and in the hands of courier will not be our responsibility. If item is dropped off without obtaining a signature, we will not be responsible for loss.

MadLY does not ship to PO Boxes

The merchandise purchased on the Website can be returned within eight 14 days of receipt. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with the original tags. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, bags and other packaging materials. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

You are responsible for the shipping and customs costs associated with the return of the products. To return merchandise, please email us at to initiate your return and receive shipping address to send the items back.

Please note Sale Items are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All refunds will be issued back to original form of payment.

Once your package is received, please allow three to eight business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Funds will appear depending on your bank’s turnaround.

The products identified as “Sale” are not eligible for exchange or store credit. 

MadLY will exchange without charges any items that didn’t fit as you wanted within 10 business days of receipt.
